Eating well.

Is far more than eating richly. At Sarasua, eating well means eating healthily. We strive to choose our products for their quality and proximity.

To the extent possible, we choose Km 0 products for three basic reasons: their freshness, sustainability and because we like to think that we do everything possible to support the community of everyone involved in this value chain.

Grill

Fish is our specialty. Fresh fish from the Cantabria region, purchased from the Pasajes market on a daily basis and cooked with the utmost care on the grill entrusted to Joseba Etxezarreta

We are selective with regard to the dishes we serve, and focus on less exploited fish such as sea bream, seasonal sardines and horse mackerel.

Current tradition.

Eating well is also synonymous with homemade food, from this region, Basque Country cuisine of a lifetime. We want good food to be our daily bread, and that´s why we seek to strike a balance between affordability and flavour.

We are a steakhouse with both new airs and the flavours of old.
